Kick off your St. Patrick’s Day celebrations with this cocktail inspired by the Fancy Fizz trend
from our 2017 Flavour & Trend report.
The Celtic Fizz
Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 10 minutes Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
3 large mint leaves
4 tsp (20 mL) lime juice
Ice cubes
4 oz (125 mL) Prosecco or sparkling white wine
1 oz (30 mL) Irish whiskey
Shamrocks, for garnishing
Directions:
In a small food processor or mini chopper, pulse kiwi, mint and lime juice until smooth. Pour mixture into a highball glass.
Top with ice cubes. Pour Prosecco and Whiskey over ice. Garnish with shamrocks.
