#FOODPORN FRIDAY – Cinco de Mayo Edition!

Heating things up for #cincodemayo!

1 1/2 oz (45 mL) tequila
3/4 oz (22 mL) orange liqueur
2 1/2 oz (75 mL) pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz (45 mL) lime juice
1/2 oz (15 mL) jalapeno infused agave
1 cup (250 mL) ice, divided
Citrus salt
1 roasted jalapeno pepper
1 torched or grilled pineapple wedge
1 grilled slice lime

1. Combine tequila, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, agave and 1/2 cup (125 mL) ice into shaker.

2. Rim glass by dipping in citrus salt. Shake vigorously and strain into glass over remaining ice. Slice half the jalapeno and add to drink. Garnish glass with remaining jalapeno, pineapple and lime.
